Adam Goodwin, MBBS, FRCS (Plast)
Mr Goodwin graduated from St Bartholomew’s medical school in 1999 studying medicine as a second degree. He trained as a plastic surgeon and subsequently an aesthetic surgeon in the Southwest of England, London, The USA and Manchester offering high quality plastic surgery services to many of the major hospitals of the greater Manchester area as a trainee, then for 3 years as consultant plastic surgeon.
Mr Goodwin has been in full time cosmetic surgery practice for the last 12 years, specialising in facial rejuvenation and specifically facelift surgery, eyelid surgery and body reshaping surgery. He has an extensive experience in both primary and redo or complex facelift surgery techniques as well as midface lifting, fat transfer and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
Mr Goodwin also has a specialist interest in skin cancer surgery. In total, he has over 20 years of skin cancer surgery experience. In his NHS consultant role, he was the primary skin cancer plastic surgery lead at both Tameside and Rochdale hospitals.
He also worked as the primary skin cancer surgeon at Virgin care Oldham for 3 years performing many hundreds of surgeries, both diagnostic, definitive treatment and reconstructive during this period.
